Yes! We offer pet-friendly apartments in Tempe, AZ designed with your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy abundant natural areas perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air.
Sentry Tempe offers studio, 1 & 2-bedroom apartments in West Tempe, AZ ranging between 375 to 881 square feet in size. Each home features in-home air conditioning for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include spacious eat-in kitchens and walk-in closets.
Tours & Applications
Tours are available in person.
Applications can be completed online or by submitting a paper application in the leasing office.
Applicants must provide proof of income showing at least 2.5 times the base rent, along with one month of paystubs and a valid government-issued ID.
Renter’s insurance is required for all residents.
Sentry Tempe does not participate in these programs at this time.

While we do not currently provide move-in services, our team is happy to answer any questions to help make your move as smooth as possible.

The closest airport to Sentry Tempe is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, located approximately 10–15 minutes away.
Residents of Sentry Tempe Apartments enjoy convenient access to some of Tempe’s most popular destinations. Nearby attractions include Tempe Marketplace, offering a wide selection of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, as well as Mill Avenue, known for its vibrant nightlife, restaurants, and local shops. Outdoor recreation can be found at Tempe Town Lake, where residents can enjoy walking, biking, kayaking, and scenic views. Current Leases & Residency
Residents will receive a renewal offer approximately 60 days before their lease ends, and renewals can be completed electronically.
A 60-day notice is required before moving out.
Residents must submit notice, return keys to the office on the designated move-out date, and a move-out inspection will be completed with documentation uploaded to the resident portal along with the final statement.
No. Subleasing is not allowed.
